Diesel Repair

Diesel Engine Repair

We handle full diagnostics and repair on Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins trucks. No-starts, low power, limp mode, electrical issues, check engine lights. We focus on actually diagnosing the problem instead of throwing parts at it so you’re not paying for guesswork.

Engine Repair & Reliability Work

Head gaskets, overheating, coolant loss, oil in coolant, and common platform failure points. We’re not just fixing what failed, we address the known weak spots so you’re not back in the same situation later.

Fuel System & Injector Work

Everything from injector replacement to full fuel system failures. CP3 and CP4 pumps, contamination issues, hard starts, poor running. If it took out the system, we go through it the right way so it doesn’t come back.

Performance Upgrades & Tuning

Turbo upgrades, injectors, fuel system upgrades, and custom tuning. Whether you want more power, better towing, or a full build, we set it up in a way that actually lasts, not just something that feels good for a few pulls.

Turbo & Air System Repair

Turbo failures, boost leaks, underboost or overboost issues, intercoolers and piping. Whether it’s stock replacement or upgrading, we make sure the system is working together the way it should.

Emissions System "Solutions"

EGR, DPF, and DEF-related issues, constant regens, derates, and drivability problems tied to factory emissions systems. We diagnose the root cause and provide reliable solutions so the truck runs consistently without the headaches.

Diesel Repair FAQ's

What diesel engines do you work on?

We work on Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins engines. If it has one of those platforms, we can service it regardless of what it’s in.

Do you build performance diesel trucks?

Yes. We do diesel performance work ranging from mild setups to more involved builds. We also make sure the supporting systems are addressed so the truck actually holds up.

Do you offer ECM and TCM tuning?

Yes. We provide ECM and TCM tuning and take into account how calibration affects drivability, reliability, and transmission life.

Why is my diesel losing power?

Power loss is usually tied to fuel system issues, airflow problems, tuning, or mechanical faults. The only way to know for sure is proper diagnostics.

Why is my diesel going into limp mode or derate?

Limp mode is triggered by a fault the truck sees as serious. Clearing codes doesn’t fix it. We diagnose the actual issue so it doesn’t keep coming back.

Do you work on modified or tuned diesel trucks?

Yes. Most of what we see is modified. We take that into account when diagnosing and figuring out what’s actually causing the problem.

Do you delete trucks?

We work with a wide range of diesel setups and configurations. Reach out and we can go over your truck.

Can tuning cause problems with my truck?

Yes. Poor tuning can create drivability issues, fuel system problems, and even transmission damage. That’s something we always consider during diagnostics.

Do you offer diesel performance upgrades?

Yes. We offer performance upgrades along with the supporting work to make sure the truck stays reliable.

How do you approach diagnosing diesel issues?

We verify the root cause before recommending repairs. A lot of trucks come in after parts have already been replaced with no fix. We make sure you’re not guessing.

Can we upgrade or rebuild your transmission as well?

Hell yeah we can and its what we do best... read more here >>>>
